There was no surprise when 6th rankedBrujos (9-8) were defeated on the road by second ranked A.Lobos (14-3) 78-69 . A.Lobos players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Jerome Savoy (185, college: Pfeiffer) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import Timothy Simmons (195-1992, college: DBU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Four A.Lobos players scored in double figures. A.Lobos' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Brent Kelly (185-2000, college: Nichols, agency: Fully Feared Sports) replied with 33 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Bahamas forward KJ Reckley (201, college: Niagara, agency: Fully Feared Sports) added 17 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Brujos. A.Lobos have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 14-3 record behind leader Metapan. Brujos at the other side keep the sixth place with eight games lost.
